About the Role
We seek an experienced Graphic Designer to create and deliver impactful marketing collateral for web and social. This part-time contract position is ideal for a self-directed, seasoned consultant who thrives in a start-up environment. You can expect to work an average of 5-25 per month, likely to vary weekly.

What You Will Do

  • Develop content graphics: Work closely with client expectations and guidelines to design and create visually appealing graphics that enhance the readability and engagement of written content, including websites, landing pages, social media graphics, and email campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all marketing collateral follows established client brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity, typography, color schemes, and overall brand aesthetics.
  • Manage design files and assets: Organize and maintain a well-structured repository of design files, ensuring easy accessibility and version control for future reference and collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, and branding
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to thrive with self-directed work in a fast-paced workplace that sometimes requires quickly pivoting from one project to another
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Degree or certification in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (preferred)
