Work Schedule: 40-80 hours per month; must be available to correspond via email and text during regular business hours, Central Time, with regular Monday meetings between 10 am and 3 pm
Hourly Rate: Commensurate with experience

Who You Are  
Are you a confident individual with a strong sense of urgency who thrives on organization? Do you demonstrate the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them? MF Digital seeks a Marketing Project Manager to join our growing team. This part-time contract position is ideal for a self-directed, seasoned consultant who thrives working independently in a remote environment. You can expect to work an average of 40-80 hours per month, likely to vary weekly.

What You Will Do  
As the Marketing Project Manager, you will attend virtual client meetings alongside the company founder. You will facilitate all marketing and creative projects for our client roster of law and business schools, including determining project scope, assigning tasks, scheduling, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will manage production deadlines, ensuring that projects are completed on time. 

What You Will Bring

  • 5-8 years of Marketing and/or creative project management experience
  • Ability to thrive with self-directed work in a fast-paced workplace that sometimes requires quickly pivoting from one project to another
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Required: Experience working with Basecamp or other project management tools
  • Agency PM experience is a plus, including working with web, digital marketing, and social media: Google, Meta, Linkedin, etc.
  • Experience with marketing automation is preferred
  • Experience working in or with the higher education sector is preferred
