About the Role
We seek an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist – Meta to help us answer critical business questions by designing, developing, and delivering high-impact Demand Generation Meta campaigns. This part-time contract position is ideal for a self-directed, seasoned consultant who thrives in an autonomous environment. Depending on the campaign cycle, you can expect to work an average 5 hours per week.

What You Will Do
We aim to create high-quality digital marketing campaigns that generate enrollment leads for our client schools. In conjunction with a seasoned team of fellow consultants, you will manage, create, optimize, and analyze everything related to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Analysis, new ideas, and A/B testing will be some of your weekly tasks.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent working knowledge of the above platforms, and an ability to turn data into insights to share with our schools. The ideal candidate has substantial related experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

What You Will Bring

  • Required: Expertise working with Meta; certification preferred
  • Required: Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, lookups, chart functions) and PowerPoint
  • Expert at optimizing keywords, including, but not limited to cost per click analysis, Geo, day parting analysis, etc. to maintain ROAS/ROI goals of the key stakeholders
  • Proficiency using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other Google products
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation Software is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, business, digital marketing, or communications
  • 5+ years of related work experience in tactical digital implementation and troubleshooting with excellent results
  • Ability to thrive with self-directed work in a fast-paced workplace that sometimes requires quickly pivoting from one project to another
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience with Higher Education clients is strongly preferred; however, experience with Long Cycle Customer engagement and/or marketing automation can be substituted
  • Ability to implement industry best practices and knowledge in the arena of digital marketing to drive greater conversion at lower costs
