Performance Marketing Manager

MF Digital is a growing digital marketing agency that helps graduate and professional programs at leading US universities reach their target markets and increase enrollment. We seek an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to help us answer key business questions by designing, developing, and delivering high-impact analysis. This is a part-time, contract position. The Performance Marketing Manager will work an average of 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Overall, our goal is to identify the most valuable prospects with the highest propensity to convert (apply/enroll). You will manage, troubleshoot, create, Google Analytics, Facebook and LinkedIn. Analysis, reporting, new ideas, A/B testing, and everything else you bring to the table. You’ll analyze data from marketing automation, prove attribution reporting, and prepare monthly activity analysis and quarterly ROI.

Your tasks will include analysis, reporting, generating new ideas, A/B testing, and everything else you bring to the table..You will be responsible for data prep, model development, model deployment, and maintenance to ensure quality and accuracy. You’ll analyze data from marketing automation, provide attribution reporting, and prepare monthly activity analysis and quarterly ROI. Day-to-day, you will handle ad hoc reporting and analytics requests. This position requires strong analytical skills and experience in methods including correlation and attribution modeling.

The ideal candidate has substantial previous full-time experience in an agency setting that includes these responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, finance, statistics, mathematics, marketing analytics, economics or other quantitative filed. Master degree is preferred.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment marked by ambiguity and rapid change.
  • 3+ years related work experience in statistical analysis and model development.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Experience managing the development and implementation of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies and executions across all major ad networks including Google, Bing and Yahoo
  • Experience otimizeing keywords, including, but not limited to cost per click analysis, Geo, day parting analysis, etc. in order to maintain ROAS/ROI goals of the key stakeholders
  • Proficiency using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other Google products (required)
  • Proficiency using Tableau (required)
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, lookups, chart functions) and PowerPoint (required)
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation Software
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Experience in marketing analytics and advertising
  • Experience with Higher Education clients is strongly preferred, but experience with Long Cycle Customer engagement and/or marketing automation can be substituted.
  • Experience with marketing automation preferred
  • Experience using industry best practices and knowledge in the arena of digital marketing to drive greater conversion at lower costs
